No more queuing thanks to the waiting line management system!
The digital ticket at the Office of Undergraduate Studies of the Faculty of Social Sciences is now available!
You can get a ticket remotely (within a radius of 1 kilometre) with your smartphone or in person using the kiosk located at the Office of Undergraduate Studies (120 University, Room 3010).
Note: The new waiting line management system is only available during the office hours of the Office of Undergraduate Studies. In addition, you must be located within 1 kilometre of the Faculty.
Option 1: Smartphone
Step 1 – Click on the link “Digital ticket” to access the waiting line management system and choose the language of preference.
Step 2 – Activate the geolocation and refresh the page
Step 3 – Identify yourself!
Once you have accessed the waiting line management system, you will need to fill in all mandatory fields (student number, last name, first name and email) and press “Submit”.
Step 4 – Check the option “Please call me as soon as possible.”
Note: The estimated call time is adjusted based on the number of tickets in circulation. It is very important to keep an eye on the estimated call time so you do not miss your turn.
Option 2: The kiosk (in person)
You can get a ticket in person using the kiosk located at the Office of Undergraduate Studies (120 University, Room 3010).
You must follow the instructions on the tablet.
