Please note that our Undergraduate Virtual Service Desk is open Monday to Friday:
- September 1st to May 31st: from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- June 1st to August 31st: from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Please note that our virtual service as well as our in-person service will exceptionally be close at noon on Thursday December 9th, 2021.

Please note that it is now possible to meet with a Senior Officer in-person at the Office of Undergraduate Studies (room FSS 3010). To meet with a Senior Officer in person at the Office of Undergraduate Studies, add you name to our Academic Assistance - In Person waiting line and please wait in the student lounge located near FSS3010 as our doors will remain locked.
QLess - Appointment
The University launched QLess, a new platform that allows you to make an appointment online with an Academic Development and Student Retention Specialist.
Our team will be glad to meet with you to discuss the following points only:
- Academic standing (probation, withdrawal)
- Academic reset

Please note that it is now possible to meet with an Academic Development and Student Retention Specialist in-person at the Office of Undergraduate by booking an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Please also note that in-person appointment availability could be limited.
