Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Centre on Public Management and Policy at
  • When participants cancel their registration 7 working days or more before the course begins, registration fees are entirely refundable.
  • Participants who cancel their registration 1 to 6 working days before the course begins are required to pay 50% of the registration fees.
  • Once the course starts, full registration fees are charged and no refund is granted. 
  • Participants who are unable to attend a course may send a substitute, but must notify the Centre of this change.
  • The Centre may cancel a course due to low registration numbers. Participants will be advised by email in advance of the course if it is cancelled. A full refund for the cost of registration will be issued to participants.
