Catherine Horvath is the founder and CEO of the Ottawa Center for Resilience, the only mental health center in Ottawa and the region, specializing in childhood trauma, attachment, adoption and high conflict families. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ottawa in 2015.
