Assistant Professor Ryan M Katz-Rosene was awarded funding for the Alex-Trebek Forum for Dialogue

We are proud to announce that Assistant Professor Ryan Katz-Rosene, with support from the School of Political Studies, the Institute for Science, Society and Policy; and the Laboratory for the Interdisciplinary Study of Food, has been awarded funding for the Alex Trebek Forum for Dialogue. Professor Katz-Rosene received $42,500 to bring together leading scholars, practitioners and other experts to the University of Ottawa for a public workshop on the future of sustainable protein. 

The conference will take place on October 25 and 26, 2018 and will be entitled "The Future of Protein: Challenges and Opportunities in Nourishing the World Sustainably"
