Patrick Fafard receives funding from Canada to fight COVID-19

Professor Patrick Fafard, population health expert, is one of five researchers at the University of Ottawa to receive funding to contribute to Canadian coronavirus research. His team's work will help develop public health intervention strategies to mitigate the spread of infectious diseases in Canada and four other countries with similar health systems.

The University of Ottawa will receive more than $2M in research funding.
