As part of our efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19, our on-site services closed in March and remain closed until further notice. Until now, we were able to assist you by email and by telephone appointments with Academic Specialists using Microsoft Teams. However, as of next week, we will be offering you new ways to get in touch with our services.
New Undergraduate Virtual Service Desk
Starting August 10th, you will now be able to talk to us directly, without appointment, during our regular office hours from Monday to Friday. This new service will be offered using Adobe Connect. Therefore, if you have questions regarding course enrollment, program choice and general information, our team of Academic Officers will now be able to assist you not only by email but also through virtual meetings using Adobe Connect. The software is available for download, free of charge. Once downloaded, you can access the Undergraduate Virtual Service Desk from our Student Hub section on our Faculty’s website.
New Virtual Meeting Option for Academic Specialists
If you have questions pertaining to your academic standing, you will now be able to request a virtual meeting. This service will continue to be offered using Microsoft Teams. Should you need an appointment, you may now choose between a telephone or a virtual meeting. Our team of Academic Officers will assist you with the scheduling of these meetings.
