Social support is an important coping mechanism, but is often overlooked in homeless populations. Through both qualitative and quantitative methods, two studies examined the social support experiences of homeless and vulnerably-housed women. This session will present the findings from these studies and discuss how context significantly influences how social support is experienced in daily life.
The presentation will be English.
