The objective of this project is to bring together retired intelligence chiefs from India and Pakistan to work toward reducing the destabilizing effect of the intelligence institutions on the relationship between the two countries.
This project receives funding from the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, and the United States Institute of Peace.
